Former US Coast Guard inspection team member tasked with Port State Control Inspections. Conducted hundreds of vessel inspections in the ports of New York, New Jersey, and Baltimore, Maryland. Unlimited master mariner and currently a Senior Port Everglades Harbor Pilot. Captain Ulrich is also a lead instructor at Resolve Maritime Academy teaching advanced shiphandling, bridge resource management, COLREGS, and integrated bridge systems.

Captain Chris Mons
Senior Harbor Pilot for the St. Johns Bar Pilot Association since 2007. Captain Mons is an expert surfer from the North Shore of Kauai with over 30 years of surfing experience and competed against some of the world's best surfers in surf competitions world-wide. In addition, Captain Mons has 30 years of boating experience and spent five years working on tour, fishing and dive boats off the north shore of Kauai. He is also a certified open water Scuba diver.
Captain Bruce Cumming
Unlimited master mariner with years of seagoing experience. Retired from United States Naval Reserves as a captain. Captain Cumings holds a master's degree from the Naval War College. Currently, he is a senior harbor pilot in Port Everglades and lead instructor at Resolve Maritime Academy teaching BRM, leadership & management, and Colregs.
Master Mariner and senior harbor pilot in Port Everglades, Florida with over 17 years experience as an expert witness. Captain Stephenson has over 45 years of recreational boating experience; including power, fishing and sailing vessels. Captain Stephenson serves as President of the Florida Harbor Pilots Association, and is also a lead instructor at Resolve Maritime Academy where he teaches the following senior level courses: COLREGS, Bridge Resource Management, Advanced Shiphandling, Integrated Bridge Systems, Advanced Shiphandling, Legal Aspects of Piloting, Podded Shipboard Propulsion. In addition, he developed the COLREGS course and senior level courses for pilots. Captain Stephenson has served on the US Coast Guard Navigational Advisory Committee since 2015 and retired from the US Naval Reserves as a Commander in 2011.
